This Privacy Policy explains how Parabolics LLC ("Parabolics," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, the Parabolics store on Whop, our signal-delivery channels (e.g., Telegram, Discord, email), and our trade-automation technology (collectively, the "Services"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The Services are intended for users in the United States and for individuals 18 or older.
Parabolics provides **algorithmic trading software, market-regime signals, analytics, and execution technology licensed to you as a technology solution. We are non-custodial** — we never hold or move your funds — and any brokerage/exchange connection you enable is execution-only. This shapes what data we need: we do not need, collect, or want the data a broker, adviser, or custodian would.
a. Information you provide

Subscription & billing Subscriptions and payments are processed by Whop and its payment processors (e.g., Stripe). **We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers.** We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, subscription status, renewal/cancellation, and partial/processor-supplied details) needed to provision and manage access.
c. Brokerage/exchange connection data (automation tier only) If you enable automation, you may provide API keys, tokens, or connector authorizations to link your own brokerage or exchange account (directly or via connectors such as TradersPost, PickMyTrade, Capitalise.ai, TradingView, broker APIs, or exchange agent-wallets). These credentials are used **solely to relay the orders you authorize and arm, are execution-only** (no withdrawal, transfer, or custody rights), are stored encrypted, and can be revoked by you at any time by disconnecting the integration. We never use them to move funds out of your account.
d. Information collected automatically Device and usage data — IP address, browser/device type, pages and features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and similar log data — collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
e. Information from third parties Subscription/identity and entitlement data from Whop; referral data from affiliates/partners who refer you; and limited data from the messaging platforms you use to receive signals.
We do not intentionally collect special-category/sensitive data beyond the brokerage credentials described above, and we do not ask for government IDs, financial-account balances, or holdings.

Your relationship with any third-party broker, exchange, connector, or messaging platform is **solely between you and them and governed by their** privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then only as required for legitimate business, legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. **Brokerage/exchange credentials are retained only until you disconnect the integration** (and deleted promptly thereafter, subject to backup cycles). Log data is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
We use essential cookies (authentication, session, security), and, where permitted, analytics and preference cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Services. Where required, we present a consent mechanism and honor **Global Privacy Control (GPC)** signals as an opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" for targeted purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not engage in AUM-based or data-monetization business models.
Subject to applicable law, you may:
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information; to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do neither); to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Categories we collect are described in Section 2.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK-GDPR): you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, contact us (Section 12). We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege handling of brokerage credentials — to protect personal information. **No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure**, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and keep your messaging/broker accounts secure.
We operate in the United States and process data there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
